Does any one else's 10 1/2 month old grate their teeth?
Question: Can it cause harm to her teeth? Is there anything I can do if so?

My 9 month old does this when she is teething. Once the tooth comes through the teeth grinding should stop. If it doesn't you can always ask the baby's doctor about it. I would think it's okay though since it is just baby teeth and not permanent ones.

My nephew did this, eventually my sister got him a mouth guard. Some people do. It causes headaches, and TMJ, but I don't know about in a child so young... Try to distract him, or give him something to put in his mouch...
