How do you find time to workout?


I have a 5and a half month old baby and i was wondering what your tips and tricks are for getting fit

what i like to do is work out at home. i got an aerobic step and a video, and i do that a few times a week along with a brisk walk every day. when im doing the aerobic step, i just put my daughter in her swing and let her watch me, she loves it, or you can put her/him in a playpen, walker, etc. just let the baby watch you it will entertain them, or do it when they are asleep. that along with a healthy diet will help you lose weight. ive lost 35 pounds since i gave birth 8 months ago. good luck.

use your baby. one way i found that worked was laying on my back and putting the baby on my legs while holding the baby and do leg lifts. its alot of fun for the baby as well and good bonding time.

lots of walking with the stroller, and mom/baby yoga. Try vigorous house cleaning also, whevever possible(extra trips up and down stairs, etc.)Breastfeed, and make sure to take naps when you can, rest helps you make better decisions, like eating properly. well you can put the baby in the swing, if you have one. or you have to wake up early in the morning to work out or you can do it during nap time. also, long walks pushing the stroller helps a lot too.
