Help with Diaper Rash?

My son has a diaper rash that has been coming and going for the last couple weeks...I think it's from teething, I'ver heard that it can be a side effect...anyway...I have tried 3 different creams and it keeps coming back. This time it looks pretty bad. What have you tried that will clear it up and keep it from coming back? Any helpful information is greatly appreciated. Thank you!!

Desitan and change him frequently because the ammonia in his urine will worsen the problem

Desitin....I swear by Desitin. When My daughter was first born we tried other formulas and I had a couple of samples of Desitin from our baby bag the hospital gave us.
It is a god send the only thing that cures diaper rash in one day.
TRY IT. I THINK IT'S MIRACLE CREAM

you may have to take Lil Jacob to the doctor. From what I'm reading the over the counter stuff isn't strong enough and yes it can be because he is teething. If going to the doctor doesnt work,I just hope the both of you can get through this....i know how tough it can be
