Hi
I would do nothing unless you want to call teh doctor for yourown peace of mind.
I would NOT give any type of cold medicine even if its infant.. it can contribute to Ear infections after the cold is gone...
You may want to elevate its head a bit more when feeding for its own comfort and to help keep fluid from heading into those ears.
I would not give tylenol either . You said there was no fever. Check the Temp about 8pm. Oftent here will be no fever during teh day but you may see one at night...
FOr A low grade fever , under 100F I do not recommend tylenol.. the fever helps the body fight the virus.. for a baby your age if its over the 100F nad he or she seems uncomfortable give tylenol.. If over 101F call Doctor.
Relax.. every child has to get that first cold... and its helping build that immune system...
Keep an eye on him or her and trust your instincts.
Good Luck

You can take him to the Doctor but they are probably going to say there is nothing they can do and take him home and give him Tylenol.
If your breastfeeding then your antibodies are in him. He will be fine!
my baby had the same thing and his doctor told me to let it run its course if the baby does run fever give him infant Tylenol and plenty of fluids like water with a pinch of sugar and watered down juice for the prevention of dehydration
