Sounds normal to me, but every new mommy need reassurance. It's quite ok to call your pediatrician. That's what they get paid for!

You may want to ask your dr about dysphagia...it is a swallowing disorder that occurs when the thin liquid penetrates the airway instead of going down the esophagus. My son has it. It could be bad if your child aspirates the liquid. Just an idea. You may want to get your child checked especially if your child does this every time she eats.
At this age a baby doesn't always swallow their saliva. My son used to do this. Now that he is getting his 2-year molars in he coughs more because he has so much saliva in his mouth.
my 4 month old does the same thing. it's probably just normal but if you are concerned talk to the pediatrician!:)
All babies cough is it alright there is nothing wrong if you are that worried call your doctor and ask him what he thinks.
