Where do you fine/obtain Nestle Good Start formula checks coupons?

I see these coupons for sale on Ebay and have no idea where the heck these people get the coupons to even sell them!? I'd prefer to obtain the coupons myself to save money on formula vs. spending money purchasing a coupon to save money....kind of defeats the purpose of a coupon. Any help with locating these coupons would be great!

If you qualify for WIC-Women, Infants and Children, they give you the checks for Good Start

you can call the phone number on back of the powder milk can or regular cans and call and ask for coupons or you could go to their website at http://www.verybestbaby.com

You want coupons and samples galore? Then go to the Motherhood maternity clothing store and when they give you the survey mark down that you are going to breastfeed. Anytime you are given a questionnaire that asks about how you plan to feed your baby say that you are going to breastfeed, you will end up with tons of free formula and coupons. If you mark down that you plan to use formula, you'll only get a few coupons and they won't be as good.
