I dont understand the question. Do you mean what people think of when a baby is born? If yes, I will think of my baby's future, how to make the baby grow healthy and wise.
First of all, you really need to speak/write better English.

Babies think of food. They also begin to be curious about their surroundings. They examine the shapes and colors of things they see. They want their mothers close to them because it feels comfy and loving.

I remember as far back as 5 months old and that's what I did.
i hold baby in my arms and think how lucky i am to be holding such a precious thing in my arms then i look in there eyes and think that this precious baby is mine and i made her
just see your addition
i think maybe the poor baby is so tired like mother that just wants to be hugged and have some milk and sleep possibly wonders why its so cold after coming out from warm water into air
possibly thinks this place is strange until he/she sees its mummy after all its her voice that baby hears everyday inside womb
err.... I'm confused... maybe your baby's thinking, who the hell are you?
Wow what a miracle. He/she is perfect. Is she/he alright. I love you hunny (to my partner) Now let me rest.
Well I would like to think that they came from heaven and can still remember it for a short time, but probably just thinking about a warm embrace, and kind words.
When a baby is born, you may notice that it almost always cries out.
That should be a clue as to what it thinks.

"This hurts!"
It would if you was squeezed out of a narrow tube like a tooth-paste tube.

He/She's scared because for the last 9 months he/she's been warm and safe inside Mommy. Now he/she's out where it's cold, he/she has to get used to clothes touching him/her and not feeling amniotic fluid, there's no more WHOOSH noise from the placenta and all these wierd people are looking at him/her and plus the lights are real bright now. Plus the baby is just getting used to oxygen, can you imagine how that burns on raw open lungs? I'd freak out and cry too!
They think, "what the heck is going on"?
I am thinking that they are thinking what the hell just happened. I was in a warm moist secure comfortable place and now I am cold blind and my butt hurts from the guy that is hitting me and I am the size of a pumpkin and i just squeezed out of a lemon hole. what ever they are thinking it aint pretty.
Cute!!! :) :) :)
I don't think that at first babies are really thinking anything...I believe at first they are purely instinctual...they cry when they need something...they sleep and eat. Notice if you put something on a babies cheek how it will turn to try to suck on it....how a baby automatically will grab your finger if put in their hand? A newborn baby doesen't have to think about anything. Nature has given it and us the instinct to attend to it's needs and i think thats all that matters to the baby.
The baby just left this warm place with nourishment whenever they were hungry with out asking.

The first thing they think.....the surroundings have changed, I am cold and the only way that they have to communicate this is crying. The second thing they want is food.
I'm sure they think of something or feel coldness and naked. Because they can hear and fell, so I'm assuming they must think of not liking the light and the cold air.
I don't think that they can put thoughts together but like a computer, slowly takes in images, smells ect. Actually a baby is unable to see clearly until later on.

What a great question!
angels
well i think of how precious it is when they are first born to bond with them and spend every second with them after carrying them for 9 months and finally getting to see and be with the beautiful and wonderful bundle of joy it is all worth it after all the pain you go threw especially in my case i dont use pain relief during labour.
