18 month old daughter?

I travel a lot away from home and my daughter gets upset

Answers:
If you must work, get a different job -something that keeps you near and your 18 months old daughter happy.

Time and tide waits for none. Beleive you me this is the best time that you are giving up. This can never come back even for the world and I should say that your world is only 18 months old.

A son is a son till you get hime wife, a daughter is your daughter till the end of her life.

I have the same Problem you have.
Here is what I do
I CRY when im not with her. I love her so Much But in my mind I have to think Im working My butt of so I will be able to give her then thigns she needs in life. To help myself. To help her I call alot Just so she can hear my voice. I Used to write letters to her and have mom read them to her But it didnt seem right so I got to tape recorders and I would record Myself telling a bedtime story or something and have mom play it for her at night. And also A web cam This way I can see her and she could see and hear me. If you cant change your job. Then this is about the best you can do. But nothing seems to be good enough the only thing That helps me is these few things and knowing im working hard for her and counting the days till im home to hold mer in my arms and look into her eyes and tell her and let her know how much you love her.
I know alot of people say she is only a 18month baby (they just dont understand) try these things
You can even have a speaker phone and at her nap time or bed time call home and read her a story and talk to her. I know she cant talk back to you But she does know your voice and she knows your her father.
( I feel your pain )
Good luck
You should be happy about that because it shows the time you are with her is quailty time
