my baby is stingy with her kisses is yours?

i have suspected that what she was doing. when her daddy her grandma and lean in to kiss her and she turns her head away. and a few times she has pushed her daddys face away . she's 8 1/2 months old it's so crazy that it would even cross her mind to do such a thing.. why do you think she does this?

Answers:
i have been reading your questions and it sounds like we have the same child. my baby is very hard headed and independant. just like me. so i think everything she does she got from me. when daddy tries to kiss her she pushes him away. it is to cute the things babies do. she is definatly the light of my life and i could talk all day about her.

?dont know

I have a niece datz 1 yr. old and she doesnt like 2 get kissed, dont worry its just a faze. Hey she is too young to be stingy. Maybe her daddy has poky facial hair which makes the baby turn her face away. My baby is 15 months old and he still does not actually give us any kisses though he Will bring his mouth to our face to imitate a kissing action.

My son will give kisses to my husband. But with me nope, no kisses. And when family wants them they will get one each then he will turn his head.

All kids do that.

My daughter is the same way. Shes 18mos. She will only kiss me. If anyone else asks for a kiss, she bows her head to be kissed on top of her head only.

Kids just are particular. No matter what age, developmentally they know what they like and not. Dont worry, as they get older they all change.

:)

some kids are like that.
some kids can't stop kissing and huggin their parents while other dont like it, i like to think it as they're an independant person
and they dont need constant afirmation. thats a good thing
lol good luck My baby girl is 15 months and she just started to allow kisses and give hugs two months ago.
