My baby is unable to tolerate cream/custard/c... - any other baby the same? She can eat formula milk though

Answers:
You can make custard using formula if its not the eggs but milk she is allergic too. Also commercial custard powders dont always contain eggs . You need to check their labels. They can then be made on formula.Best of all ask your doctor or baby health nurse .

Other Answers:
Your baby may be lactose intolerant, leaving her unable to process lactose, the sugar in milk and milk products. There are products to help with this (consider Lactaid Milk) but since she is so young consult your family physician.

use soy formula...

my wife and I used with both our kids with no problems..

start with the name brand, i think its isomil, and then try the generic. We used the wal mart powder. It was half the price of name brand and twice the amount... Our youngest had an intollerance for dairy products. It even got bad enough that he had to have that special formula. We were concerned it would be a dairy allergy. He has since grown out of it...he is 4 now. He eats cheese but won't drink milk. Likes yogurt too. Hopefully she will grow out of it too.
