10 month old wont eat stage 3 baby food anymore .dont know what to feed her?
Question:
Answers:
Give her everything that you eat, cut and softened for her to chew. Let her pick it up and put it in her mouth. She won't eat much of it at first, until she gets used to it. So give her more formula, whenever she's hungry, or try to put a small amount of rice cereal in her bottle.

Real food.
dccomputerman got it right, heck, feed you girl real food. I never fed my son baby food, yuk, I not want to eat it why should he. Ha!!! Wife did breast feed, but, when the breast not avaliable, I give him what I was eating. Mashed potatoes, ice cream (YUM!), Hamburger???? Ha!!!, Yes, hamburger. May have to mash some food with a little milk, but, just make a soft mush, keep it warm (NOT HOT). Give a very small amount at a time. What you think baby food is, it just Real food mashed up into a terriable tasting goo. ;-) If I not eat it, I not expect my son to eat it. :-D
Try chopping up people food in your food processor and make sure it is moist enough for the baby to swallow and digest and give it some crushed fruit or a vegetable that is appealing to the baby. it will grow up healthy and stong. good luck to you and your baby and God bless.
Give her table food. Babies get tired of that baby food. I have three kids and they are all find. I'm not saying give her fried pork. Make sure the food is healthy, but give her table food
if your baby can crawl she can start eating solid foods (suprivised of course) gerber makes fruit and veggie puffs that are designed to dissolve easily they are great in training your babe how to chew. anything else soft is good too. my baby didnt eat baby food past stage 2.
just give her table food not everything you eat...but like mashed potatoes, very well grinded beef, real oatmean...just try diff things and keep an eye on her while she is eating.
By 10 months your baby should be eating finger foods and alot of what you normally eat. Don't give her meat until she is at least 12 months and is able to chew it. There are alot of "starter foods" than you can try...
The old stand by... Cheerios
Cut up pieces of tofu
Chicken Noodle soup (drain off the broth)
Cooked Noodles
Peas
Chopped Carrots
Spaghetti
Teething Biscuits
These are just suggestions to get you started. There are a lot of things off your own dinner plate that you can offer baby. Mashed potatoes, cooked vegtables, pasta, or anything that is soft and easy to chew. As far as spices go, just what you use on your food, but not anything too spicy.
Be prepared for the mess on those first few meals, about 1/2 the food will end up in her high chair, but have the camera ready. Nothing is cuter than baby's first spaghetti dinner.
My son refused baby food from 9 months on. He has been on table fod ever since. He loves anything his father and I eat. He eats steak, chicken, pork, all vegetables, fruits, and kind of bread, etc...... At first I was nervous about him eating those things...but he got the hang of it VERY quickly. Some good things to start out with though are ravioli(cut up), pineapple chunks(cut up), little smokies, toast with a tiny bit of butter, and the standby-Cheerios! The gerber finger foods are great to if you have the fear of your baby choking. Those wagon wheels, fruit/veggie puffs, and tiny fruits/veggies all dissolve in your babies mouth. My son also loved the garden mashers.
it is time for some real food
He or she is ready for finger foods, start with some cheerios, and some other foods but make sure it is cut into tiny peices because of choking hazards.
