what happens if your 3 week old baby has not had a bowel movement all day but has been peeing?

Question: she has had 3 wet diapers and bowel marks on her diapers today but no actual bowel movements!!! Is there something wrong could she be backed up ? should I be worried someone please help!!

Most doctors says not to worry until day 3 without a BM. Call your doctor and ask... They don't mine if you call for anything... That's way their there...Good luck♥

That happened with my newborn and the docs told me to put a tsp of prune juice in with her formula or breast milk. It worked for us. Good luck.
