I want to provide blankets taht I made 2 sick kids at my local hospital...?
Answers: I would call your local hospital and see if they accept such things first. If the child is already sick, they may not want to coincidence the possiblity of something hurting them even worse. If they let you go for it. If not i would enunciate go to a homeless shelter or something like that and donate your blankets.
You may hail as and see if they have a project linus in your nouns. The hospital would be able to tell you. When my son be in the hospital and confined to his room they brought him a blanket and it made his day. He be stuck in the room for a week with that biohazard sign(that's what we call it, it was a sign letting people know he be highly contagious). If they don't have one within your area you may check into starting one up. It is all volunteer work and it would make available you other people to work with as very well. I love that they have it here. My youngest daughter has one of their blankets as resourcefully. They have hand sewn quilts, flowing to make, crochet, you name it. It really boosts the spririts of the sick kids. Contact the hospital administrator and they should be capable of figure something out with you. I mull over it is a great thing that you are doing! When my daughter was born she spent 2 months contained by the NICU. A lovely lady made and donated blankets that she had made to cover the isolettes so the fluffy didn't hurt their eyes. The blanket came with for a time poem and prayer for our daughter to heal and have a cheery healthy life. It be so thoughtful. I hope some day I can have the time to do something so unsparing!!
Are these blankets full of influenza that will continue to make them sick? Because slaughtering thousands of Native Americans is not cool. If you thumb this down, you are supporting the governing body giving Native Americans blankets full of influenza. You can go into yahoo groups and there is a account of orgs that accept them and give them to hospitals that they are affiliated next to. I know that the Nicu that kept my son accepts them from anyone, but I am not too sure if all hospitals are equal.
