Boot Camp For an 8 years old? How do you find one if you have a low income?

I work with a women who's grandson Is into all kinds of trouble and is abuse to his father and his father's fiance. He also steals and damages property of just about anyone he is not scared of anything. They feel they have tried everything even to the extent of calling the cops when he steals or damages somthing but he doesn't care. He actually hit the Finace in the head with a lunch box because he had drawn all over his brand new book bag she said that he was not going to carry it to school that day cause he had damaged it and put his thing is a plastic bag he then hit her in the head with his lunch box. He is diagnosed ADD and ADHD.
He takes medicine which they say seems to calm him some at school but he is still horrible to his teachers and classmates. I am not sure if there is anything i need to include if so just ask.

i dont think your grandson needs to be put in a boot camp cos when its finished he might come out the same way. i think he just needs a swift kick in the butt.
