Other Answer:
become pregnant...
regular trims so as your hair is healthy and fresh. it wont grow much if it is split or dry.
I have heard that multivitamins help, but I believe that is mostly to keep the hair strong and avoid breakage.Hair grows at a rate of approx. one half inch a month, and there isn't much you can do to accelerate that.
Prenatal vitamins is the answer
My hairdresser told me not to condition, but if you needed to, to only condition the bottoms.

Also, if you get a slight trim, your hair tends to grow quicker afterwards. It gets rid of the dead ends and helps stimulate growth.

I've also heard that some people's hair can only reach a certain length. It won't grow past it, tends to linger at certain point. I guess this is something we are born with. I don't know exactly where I heard it, wish I could tell you more!
I agree with some of the other's. Regular trims are important, and biotin works great but.... If you start taking biotin, Vitamin E or any other supplement for your hair and then stop using it, your hair may begin to thin and/or break off. So if you decide to go with the supplements you have to continue to use them!
in this book called carol wright, they have shampoo and conditioner for your hair to make it longer.
