Well that's very pretty!
It is just the colour I would expect if your stomach was empty of food. This is probably what you see if you have been sick a few times and are now throwing up bile.
Many medicinal pills are supposed to be taken directly after food, presumably you are doing this.
If it's naughty chemicals you are swallowing then stop doing it.
