Why don't they make cute girlie shoes in women's sizes?

When you say women's sizes do you mean adult or plus. Most shoes that are designed for children, imitate something designed for an adult.
If you are on a budget, try Payless or even WalMart. If not try a department store, something that has a large selection and multiple widths.
