muscle spasms in my back?

Question:

Anyone out there have a solution, aside from dr's, that no less than me.

Answers:
You need to take an anti-inflamatory and ice the area. If it's a nagging problem, take the anti-inflamatory and use moist heat. Wet a hand towel and put it into a ziploc bag. (don't close it yet) Pop it in the microwave for a little bit. Take it out, close the bag and put it on the sore spot. Not directly on the skin though. And do this ( ice or heat )several time throughout the day.

Other Answers:
You need a prescription for an Anti Inflammatory and Muscle Relaxant. Search 'Exercises for back pain' on the net you should find some ideas.
drugs are not the answer. Try laying two sets of pillows on the floor. when you lay on them your stomach should not toutch the ground. one set around the thighs the other right abouve the chest. this allows your disks to relax.(drink lots of h2o) as you arch your back, slowly (laying face down) raise one leg at a time as far as you can. do eah leg 2-3 times. do the exersize for about 5-10 min. after you are done slowly roll off the pillows and slowly stand. drink more water and repeat. This exersize is a well kept secret from doctors. They like to get kick backs from meds.
