what is the latest month a pregnant woman can get an abortion in New York?

No spam please.
Answer:
She didn't ask for alternatives. She just asked for an answer however sad or wrong you may think it is it isn't for you to judge. The third trimester is the
latest. Please know that any page describing it is graphic in the nature that the abortion is performed but if you feel this is the solution don't let it discourage your decision. Webmd is a good page to try. Good luck and please don't make this decision lightly.
Other Answer:
What a sad, sad question. I have been there and gone through with it. Don't. You'll regret it. Consider giving the child to an adoption agency.
Oh, I so hope you arent the one wanting to get an abortion. I dont know what the latest month is but I do know the facts about it. A baby is a human from conception. A prenatal infant can feel pain from conception. Hormone excretions have proved this. My mother had an abortion and she said she has nightmares about it every night. Abortion is murder. If this is for you please pray about this before you act. If this is for someone else please encourage them to pray and pray for them as well. May God soften the hearts of these women who believe the deception.
Please consider adoption! I know SEVERAL women who absolutely regretted aborting that child. The choice bottom line is yours! This decision could haunt you for the rest of your life. Prayers are with you No matter what choice you make! Blessings!

To each her own. The page below should give you plenty of information regarding the topic as a whole, as well as a couple pages into it..it tells you how many weeks a person would be pregnant, and how they would do it. I think the absolute last (from another question I saw on here that was answered by a nurse) was somewhere around 20+ weeks. Good luck

If you can feel him or her inside you then you may want to see him or her after their birth. There are wonderful childless couples who would give all they can to adopt a child.
