Has anyone ever stopped taking limictal cold turkey?

I have Bipolar disorder, and lately I've been feeling as if the Lamictal (400mg) a day is doing more harm than good. I want off it, and I'll be by myself this weekend, so I won't have to worry about withdrawls hurting anyone else. I guess I figured that I would stop today. Anyone had any experiences with this?

I too have been diagnosed as bi-polar. I would strongly suggest you stay on the med. unless your Dr. tells you otherwise. I have gone the same rout as you are suggesting and it always leads to getting "deeper in the hole".
