How do you avoid having gas when dieting or cutting back on eating?

eat more fruit and veggies, you're stomach is empty, fill it up with healthy stuff that wont stop you up and would make your system run more smoothly

What are you eating? Gas usually comes from particular foods sitting in your gut. Are you eating more fiber? More cabbage? More vegetables? That could cause it.
Also, if you are cutting way back on your eating, you could have a lot of air in your system.
Somtimes too much insolubale fiber.
Also the combination of certain foods.
Never eat mellon with anything else, it will always give you gas.
Same with Avocadoes

You stomach is too acidic from not eating. Drink more water. Not eating will also cause your breath to smell like sulfer.
Gas is natural, but go easy on the brocolli and beans. Try some OTC pills like Beano if it's really bad.
I think she means acidity in the stomach. Nothing to do with farting. You cud eat 4-6 times in small quantities.
