Yes in a very fancy hotel in Amsterdam. They are black and crunchy - a bit larger than a lady bug. The bites hurt get red and puffy like a mosquito bite. If you get them in your hotel room demand a new room. Bedbugs can travel in suitcases! Lots of info on the internet on them.
