i have urinary tract infection how can i treat this without buying medicines?
Answers:
I answered your other questions, but I will tell you again that an untreated UTI can lead to more severe problems such as bladder and kidney infection. A UTI is a bacterial infection that can only be treated with antibiotics.

You probably can't without medicine, but you can drink lots of water and lots of cranberry juice. That is supposed to help flush it out.
Drink Alka-Seltzer. Not the cold medicine. The stomach one. Also, you can use plain yogurt down there. Kinda messy, but it works. Take Azo. It is concentrated cranberry in a capsule form. And, when you drink cranberry juice, drink 100% cranberry juice, not cranberry juice cocktail.
You need meds but drinking cranberry juice should help prevent this again.
My answer is from personal experience and working in the past in an urgent care facility and a gynecologist office who frequently treat females for urinary problems and infections. You will not be able to tell if you have an infection unless it is properly diagnosed by a physician. Bladder spasms, irritation cause by many factors, and a kidney stone can cause you to have many of the same symptoms experienced when an infection is present. If drinking 8 glasses of water, and it is best to have filtered water, and taking an over the counter preparation including homeopathic remedies (all natural substances, like herbs and roots of plants etc..) do not relieve your symptoms, you should see a physician. Left untreated, an infection, or kidney stone (could require surgical removal) can cause you kidney damage and many more problems than trying to avoid buying medication. Also there could be some sexually transmitted infections that can cause pain in the same areas that the urinary system is located. Those infections left untreated can lead to a severe infection that can spread into the abdomen and can leave both male and females unable to have children. Cranberry juice does not cure infections, but an environment that is more acidic can make it a less friendly place for bacetia to live and reproduce.
