I am a diabetics 2 having 155 upper side after lunch and pp remains 105 to 120 and taking tab Pioglit MF 30?

I have also high BP for last 10 years, ay present I am taking Tab Zilos50 once a day. And iam also taking tab Piogilt MF 30 once a day as I had Blood sugar for the last 8 years, but taking medicine for the last 4 years with diffrent type of medicines but now present the above said medicine. I am also taking multivitamin once a day. Even then I am feeling too much tired and weakness, have sexual . problems,Please sugest any other alternative to get rid off allthe above illness.Thanks Vinod

Unfortunately diabetes medications do cause impotence in lots of men or making it difficult to achieve and erection. But if you don't take them, you die?? I have high blood pressure and new to diabetes, mine has been in the 2 and 3 hundreds. Gotta watch your food, and get lots of exercise. I am also tired all the time, my dr. is working with me on that. A dr. is the only one who can help you, not people on here. Good luck.
