You have combined two situations as if both are one and the same. NO Both are different and need not happen together to all.
FRUSTRATION arise out of your not achieving some thing ;or out of disappointment. You feel bad first and unless you forget and go about attempting once again without any regrets in your failure it slowly frustrates you.

Depression can come out of frutration or even without frustration.When one loses ones beloved friend or pet or relation and he feels bad and if this goes uncontrolled it can develop into a depression.

It is not easy to get over both. You need some help from a close friend or a counsellor.
You must learn to forget what had happenned, First you must know the cause of frustration. From your question it appears you have realised that you are FRUSTRATED and under DEPRESSION
Many do not realise this situation. Sinvce you have realised and want to cope with it the work is very easy.
Please realise that in this world at some stage or the other people face same situation You are not the only person It happens to all.

Frustration and depression are two different things, I deal with my frustration by taking a deep breath and counting to ten before I say anything, it gives me a chance to chill out and gather my thoughts. To deal with my depression I go and do voluntary work, it gives me a good opportunity to count my blessings and see how lucky I am, I talk to my mum and my friends, I read books and make strings of beads, it sounds silly but those things help me, if you are seriously depressed, seek help from your doctor as well
Every thing is temporary. Life it self is very short.Nothing in this world is worth our worry. Every thing is there in life for us to observe to learn to enjoy.

This is a very important question. The brain will actually end the pain it makes in your tummy when you stop forcing it to be frustrated by your own expectations that are not real. Readjust your views in life then find out the secrets to see why people do what they do. Your frustration will drop to accidental causes only. The pain will go away and you may or may not be happy with the old friends you have had.
