Whole vegetables and fruits are very important for your body. They help build the cells that your body is always getting rid of. It is important to eat whole vegetables and fruits because they contain phytonutrients. Any processed food looses a lot of the nutrients.

Its very important .. Vegetables is better than fruits - Although both are encourage to consume more. Because Fruits consists of cellulose, which is fruit sugar. Yet vegetables is full of fiber!! But, not all vegetables!! Green leaf vegeatables are advisable, such as spinach. Not forgetting cucumber, celery and parsley... etc... As for those not recommanded veggies (such as yam). Fiber are good for us, especially eating it raw (carrots,tomato,celery-juice), its stimulates the digestive tract and prevent constipation. *However, must be careful of over-stimulation.
