Has anyone else out there suffered a Prenatal Stroke/Stroke Inutero?

There is a young lady at my church who is in her early 20s and she was born the same way. It has effected her left side, she can't use her left hand and walks with a limp and God bless her she will be leaving next jan to be a missionary "nanny" in Thialand!
