Why would a woman have irregular menstruation cycles and have them often ?

It could be stress, hormone imbalance, medication she's taking, if she's older menopause, weight gain, weight loss, uterin condition such as fibroids....there could be a number of reasons. I work at a hospital, but you should ask a doctor or ask her why and recommend she see a doctor if she hasn't already.

because every woman is different and every woman's cycle and system are different.. sometimes it is always messed up that way, but many times, it needs to be checked out to be on the safe side. If she hasn't seen her doc, then she should.

hormone inbalance. she needs to see her .dr. and he can place her on a medication that will regerlate it sometime birth control pills will regerlate it ?
It could be fibroids. You don't say how old you are but if you are over thirty it can be fibroids or a cyst causing the problem. I have very irregular periods and have a fibroid and a cyst plus a condition called Uterine Hyperplasia. I know i'm a mess!
