triangle gaps between my bottom 4teeth due to gum recession. any good solution?
Answers:
You have to go to a periodontist. Depending on your insurance, you might need a referral from your primary dentist. He'll take measurements, do a perio scale (deep cleaning), then do more measurements to see if the problem is fixed. You'll work with him to see where you go from there. Do it soon, the longer you wait, the worse it'll be.

From a Dental Hygienist's point of view, I would reccommend seeing a periodontist so he/she can evaluate if a Root Planing procedure is needed (a deep scaling) to get the periodontal dz under control if present and then look into bone grafting.
sounds like gum recession due to periodontal desiese. usually caused from placque buildup from not having your teeth cleaned regularly. go to the dentist fast! maybe they can be saved.

You need to go get a dentist's opinion on what can be done.
You are either going to need to be refered to a periodontist or have cosmetic veneers like you thought.
I think I'd call your orthodontist as well just to ask about the triangles and is that normal. Afterall the ortho was the one who closed gaps withthe braces or should have.
Your orthodontist deserves to meet your plaintif attorney in civil court. The orthodontist is probably negligent; therefore, the orthodontist should pay the periodontist and also for the implants you need if you are a young person...maybe even pain and suffering. All of this is predicated on the fact that you were in the orthodontist's care when the gingival recession occurred.
