Looks like they cut your question off!
If your question was "what should I do," the answer is to first get established with a good primary care provider who can watch you over time, take EKG readings in the office and refer you to a cardiologist if and when the time comes. Depending on your family risk factors and physical health (HDL/LDL, BMI, etc) your doc might start you on some meds like lipitor... and he or she should DEFINITELY start you on a hydrochlorathiazide, a Beta-blocker or an ACE-inhibitor to get that blood pressure under control!

Other Answers:
Don't foolaround. See your doctor NOW.
get to the doctor like yesterday
i think you are the same person who asked the other question about similar symptoms. you need to do something NOW. with that kind of history, it could very well be a heart attack. hopefully it is nothing more than (as the nurse who answered your other question suggested) anxiety or acid reflux, etc, but to be safe please get yourself to an er now! either way, whatever is wrong, you will still get help and be treated. hopefully it is nothing serious, but please go now! God bless.
