Why do I get a headache when I cough?
Answers:
When you cough, sneeze, and even poop you bare down and create pressure. This pressure makes heart work a little harder causing pressure to build up in your arteries, kinda like high blood pressure.

You are sick.. need to see a doctor. If you don't think its so bad, take thera-flu. It's good. A lot of orange juice. Your body can use some fluid and vitamin C.

I'm not being a smartarse, but wouldn't you want to talk with a doctor and have some test. good luck.
Hard coughing might exert extra pressure on your nervous system running to your brain which causes you to get headache.
Don't worry, this will not persist when cough is cured.
