In order to match into a residency program in the US, you need to pass the USMLE steps 1 and 2, TOEFL, and have been awarded an MD or equivalent. Check the National Resident Matching Program (NMRP) and the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) as well as the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS).
