This is one of those like breast enlargements for women. I think they are only good if you would feel better by having one. The main thing that can be done for enlarging the penis is basically a minor surgery. Believe it or not your penis has ligaments that actually make it smaller than it could be without them. All a doctor needs to do is make a small incision and cut those ligaments. Then you use a small weight that is attached to your penis (wear it a few hours a day for a moth or so), this ensures that scar tissue won't develop and undo the surgery. I am not sure how much it costs, but this can add a couple "extra" inches. Just make sure you do your research and don't go for the cheapest doctor! This is a very important part of your body, and you sure don't want to try to save money on something that important! Good luck with everything.
I think I would do a lot of research. I have read that it can cause severe damage and some guys can never get it up again. And then there are a lot more that are just fine. Talk to a doctor about it.
