I find that most people that have the dream are either clinching or grinding their teeth while they are sleeping. Next time you have a dental appointment, ask them if you are showing signs of clinching/grinding & if so if you need to be wearing a night guard while sleeping. This way you will be wearing away on acrylic rather than your tooth structure. Hope this helps.

If so, it sounds like a guilt trip your sub-consciousness is playing on your for eating too many sweets.
