Answers:
You need to stop eating carbs and get lots of sleep. Do not starve yourself! Eat three meals a day, but make your biggest one lunch, and try and eat your dinner early, several hours before you go to sleep- like around 5. Our digestive system is more active between 10 and 2. Don't eat bread, or rice, or potatoes. Read the labels on everything you eat and see if it has carbohydrates. Good foods are lunch meats, lunch cheeses, steak, pork, eggs, and fish. Here's a list of meals for you.

Breakfasts:
Fried eggs
Scrambled eggs with cheese and milk
Hard boiled eggs, deviled
Sausage
Bacon

Lunches:
Salads (without croutons or dressing, sorry! :) life is hard!)
Lunch meat and low fat cheese, like mozarella (no bread!)
Cold shrimp dipped in a yummy sause
Fried fish
Fishsticks
Tuna salad with pickle relish and a leetle mayo

Dinners:
Steaks with greenbeans, or another low or non carb veggie
Chicken tenders
Crab cakes
Duck
Rotisserie chicken

That gives you an idea. If you are not strong enough to go without some carbs (which is basically all the junk food- chips, cookies, cake, candy bars, bread) at least have just a small amount, in the middle of the day. But you do not need carbs. Carbs alone are what make you fat, basically. Eat things with lots of protein- you'd be surprised how much energy an egg gives you, and how full it makes you.

That list of dieting above is something anyone can do- if you have time, you should also take a couple of dance clases a week- whether it's swing and salsa, or ballet and tap. They burn so much more fat and make you so much more healthy than just that boring walking, wearing out your feet.

Good luck!
