It stinks probably because you don't take time to wash it out along with every other human being...it's a crevice that builds sweat and skins cells and lint and other gross stuff that needs to be clean! Next time your in the shower wash that out and you'll be good!

You have a bacterial infection, probably. Go to a doctor and get some medicine.
You could try soap/water a few times a day and neosporin CREME, not ointment. Dry it well after washing before you put the medicine on.
A doctor visit would be the best best.
