It probably does feel icky like that! I would drink a lot of water. Trust me...drink 1 large cup of water as soon as you wake up, and you will be on the toilet before you can say the word "Crap!". You have to drink that tall glass of water literally as soon as you get up in the morning then run for the hills!
No but if you have that problem get a great big cherry coke from somewhere the actually use the cherry syrup. On the other hand after drinking one of those you will be a time bomb whith a very short fuse.

That's why I always pick the last row isle seats on the plane.
Actually, just the opposite. If I have diarrhea, I feel like a time bomb. It's worse when it comes on with no notice. Like when I'm driving. In the bad part of town.
