What happens if a person has only fruits for lunch for a long period? Is it harmful in anyway?

i think its fine. A lot of times i eat only fruits for lunch for a many days in a row. But i always have a balanced dinner. So make sure you get a balanced diet at dinner.
Well, your diet should consist mainly on fruits (at least 5 of different color every day) and vegetables, and only eat meat and bread seldom, though, some nutritionists will tell you that eating ANY food from animals is bad for you (screw them!).
does that mean you eat other things for breakfast or dinner? bc you know that fruits are definitely good for you. and eating them everyday is absolutely ok, nothing wrong with it. as long as you make sure you get the vitamins and minerals that fruits dont have. even if its little snacks of other things, like crackers, some veggies, string cheese, you get the idea. and dont forget meat. thats pretty essential to your diet.
and i think that depending on which fruits you eat, or maybe if you just eat the same ones all the time, you might get some diarrhea. but thats like if you live off fruits. just a warning though...
