Can you prevent a skin apron when losing a lot of weight?

yes.lose the weight at a slower pace and work out and take care if ur skin.

Make sure you exercise while losing the weight and do it at a safe pace - 2 lbs per week - so it comes off gradually and your body has time to adjust to the change.
Loose muscles can be tightened with exercise. However, if the skin has stretched beyond its natural elasticity, then it will not "stretch" back. In that case, the only way to remove it is via surgery.

But again, if the skin has not stretched, you can simply tighten the muscles underneath.
