Why does taking vitamins make you so hungry? I use them to lose weight, but I end up eating more food.?

I had many clients tell me that when I worked at a weight loss center. We highly recommended a multi-vitamin daily. Lots of people are not affected like this. I always explained it to you having more energy which actually can make you feel hungry. Fuel for the fire so to speak.

I would check with GNC or a vitamin store...it really depends on what is in the vitamins. If there is a lot of caffine it can make you more hungry. Or it could be a combination that you are taking.
If its solely vitamins, check out the Vit B content...it may be a little too high. Vit B is suppose to make u more energetic..help u in energy metabolism...and indirectly may cause u to feel more hungry
Its all in your head. You are not hungry because you are taking vitamins. You are hungry because you are dieting and not eating as much.
You're supposed to eat more food in the day, which is why the vitamins may be making your metabolism increase. In other words you have to just watch what you are eating at those times. Most people that loose weight and are petite eat like 6 to 7 times in a day. But they are only eating fruits and veggies and most of the time they are eating only a small amount of those things like an oz. If you eat like this and continue to take those vitamins you are bound to lose weight.
Vitamins do not make you hungry.... is all in your mind...the more you think about it the hungrier you get....i have been there....I did it ...so can you.... no pills.... just will power...its hard to start but once you see the results.... your hunger will vanish...automatically... Good luck
