Alcoholism is an addiction and I suppose that there are ceratin people who are more gentically pre disposed to it. If you have this problem a Personal relationship with Jesus Christ is always a good place to start recovery, a spiritual connection is essential. AA works for some people, others just hit rock bottom and quit on there own. It all depends on the person as to what method works the best..God Bless!
