Does anyone know about a good diet plan? I don't need to lose weight, but I wanna tight up my abs, thighs, etc
Answer:
It's not a matter of dieting, but a matter of exercise. All diets specify that to lose weight you need proper exercise, and as long as you stay away from over processed food and fast food any increase in activity level will start to take off the weight.
You can pick up a program for tightening muscle groups almost anywhere these days, but before starting any exercise programs you should consult your doctor.
Best wishes for success!

If you want tighter abs, etc, it's not about diet. It's exercise, exercise, exercise. Pilates, yoga, running, walking, strength training, etc. Drink lots of water.
Subscribe to a fitness program and concentrate more on the abs and thighs exercise. Take vegetable proteins, ie soya beans...
Also, plenty of sex (with the right position, of course) works too. ;)

Sugar is your number one enemy. If you eliminate most, if not all, the processed sugar from your diet, you will automatically shed body fat, which will uncover muscle
If you just want to tighten up, work out. You don't need to diet to tighten up.
I like water aerobics. I've dropped a few sizes since last summer working out 3-4 hours a week in the pool. (Details of my workout on my blog.) It's a total body workout, low impact.
