what phsyical exercises best fit a person with thyroid problems?

depends what kind of thyroid problem you have: hyperthyroidism, means your using all your body energy coz the thyroid breaks them fast. hypo, means ur catabolism is slow and your going to be fat. based from that, plan your exercise.
