Quick Fix Diet, any suggestions?


I need to loose aleast 10 pounds by 4-15-06.

There is no 'Quick Fix' to dieting.

I would suggest eating less, doing more activity (walking, climbing stairs etc.) and cutting out Aspartame as this chemical sweetener makes you fat.

No such thing! You can fast or restrict your caloric intake down to about 800 calories a day. You will loose weight fast, but you don't want to do this for the long run, it's not healthy.
I stuck with lots of green veggies (such as steamed spinach, escarole, broccoli, etc. drizzled with pure virgin olive oil and chopped fresh garlic and a squeeze of lemon), all I wanted, 3-4 apples a day, alternated between grilled chicken breast salads and steamed rice and stir fry veggies for dinner. Once or twice a week I also had for lunch or dinner boiled lentils(for iron). I limited by bread intake and cut out sweet stuff like desserts and drank about 2-3 liters of water a day. I dropped 8 pounds in 15 days.
