please help. no time for this.?

Being overweight, isn't necessarily an immediate red flag that a person is unhealthy and a candidate for a heart attack. We know that there are overweight people (technically "obese" according to BMR tables) that are very healthy, due to a routine that includes a good diet and regular exercise. For reasons still not completely understood (but involving genetics), some people can be fat, but also physically fit. In a routine visit to the doctor, what are some SIMPLE and routine tests that a doctor could do to determine if this patient is basically healthy (even though overweight) or is basically unhealthy?

Answers:
Well, some simple tests is to check your heart rate. If your heart rate is going to fast, then your heart is being strained too much. This could be caused by how much cholesterol is in your body.
