Um, why yes, yes it is....
YUP!
Yes it is the same. Adults may take up to 800 mg by mouth 3 to 4 times a day for arthritis but do not exceed 3.2 grams daily (which is 4 800mg pills a day). I would not recommend high doses for long as this could very well wreck havoc on your GI Tract.
