How can you grow taller?

I'm 5'7, and I want to be 5'11 or something. Is there anything that can help me grow quickly before I reach 18?

Answers:
genetics determine how tall you will be.

But, there is always hope for you. I will tell you how.

In order for one to reach their genetic potential height, the body needs a certain amount of nourishment. This includes a balanced eating of vitamins that encourage growth proper exercising and adequate sleep.

Understand your body grows when it is at rest. Thats the optimal time when the body can restore the adequate balance of amino acids and minerals that encourage growth.

These are a few things you can to optimize your growth potential but ultimately genetics will determine how tall you are.

eat your vegetables!
Nothing safe. You may read about growth hormones and stuff, but you need to let nature take its course. Just take your vitamins and drink plenty of milk so your bones and your body grow strong.
There is a "growth hormone" that can be taken
before your growth period stops, but it's better
if taken while younger.....you would just have
to try it and see (under your doctor's care, of
course).
the only thing is to take gh but then your risking your life ( growth hormone) or they can break your legs pin them then add in a screw that you turn to lengthen the rods( painfull)
