I beleave the persistand headeches are coursed most of the time by trying to avoid my true feellings. enjoying looking and wanting to act. Hope you will say I am insane.

Sorry, this is no mental illness, you're not insane by an standard! - No doctor or pill will be able to help you with these feelings. Chances are your headaches are caused by the obvious stress you're feeling.

You can either spend the rest of you're life suffering silently with these feelings or you can accept that you have them and that that is how you feel. Whether you act on them or not is your business - no one here can help you make that decision, it has to be made by you and you alone!

However, a psychiatrist MAY be able to help you deal with the feelings and help you understand why you have them and what you can do. Don't think that they can help you get rid of these feelings because they can't - no one and nothing can do that. But they may help you be able to deal with them and come to terms with who you are.

That is certainly not the standard belief right now. Anyone in the mental health field will tell you that it is "normal" to be, or to have homosexual thoughts. However, homosexuality WAS listed amongst mental illnesses for a long time. Other sexually deviant behaviors are STILL listed amongst mental illnesses, so I would say that it still belongs in the category of a mental illness. I know everyone to answer after me will attack me for this, but that's fine. There are some Christian ministries that work with trying to help those who have these kinds of thoughts or behaviors. I would recommend any books put out by Pure Life Ministries, although I would NOT recommend their live-in program. I would also seek a christian psychiatrist and psychologist. If you are not Christian, you are still going to probably have to seek out Christian professionals, for they are probably the only ones that will see this as an "abnormal" behavior.

What is sane and what is insane? Your headaches could be caused by tension or several other reasons which could cause the headaches. If you have the desire for men then do that if not then don't. But practice safe sex.
You're not insane sweetie, but fifty years ago someone would have told you that you were. Homosexuality was considered a mental illness as late as the 1960's, but thankfully we're past that. Take some Tylenol and be happy with who you are.
