If i stop taking birth control pills, will my menstral flow change for the better or worse?
Answers:
Honestly it depends on the person. Every woman's menstral cycle is different. My flow never changed. But the PMS symptoms changed. When I was on birth control the symptoms were very slight. When I got off my symptoms got worse. But every body responds differently. If you do go off them it will probably take a month or two, possibly a little bit longer, for your body to adjust to the lack of hormones. So yes your periods may or may not become irregular while you get use to the lack of hormones.

Changes for the worse, I think. I took them for 3 years and now it's really irregular. I liked knowing exactly what day my period was coming. Sometimes I skip a month now and it's stressful.
I was told by my doctor that if I was to discontinue the use of my birth control pills that my menstrual cycles would gradually begin to change back to the way they were before using any birth control methods.
