I am looking for the name of the CEO or the officers of an on-line prescription service - myrx.com?

They use "Chronopay.com" and have withdrawn money from my checking account two times without my authorization - total of $475.98. Has anyone ever had problems with them? Also, don't try to get an answer through their Customer Service. They have no idea what that is.
